2012 Michelin Belgium and Luxembourg Guide
In Brussels and Wallonia you'll find a number of starred restaurants under the Michelin Guide, the world's reference since 1904.
For the 2012 edition of the famous red guide, new MICHELIN stars have been awarded to a growing number of culinary talents.
- In Brussels, Le Chalet de la Forêt owned by Pascal Devalkeneer, located in Uccle, was bestowed a second star for its savvy cuisine and local produce. Gaëtan Collin, at the Jaloa, also deserves to be mentioned and prooves that the capital of Europe is still thriving.
- InWallonia, a new star is shining in Baudour close to Mons, thanks to the knowhow of Eugénie à Emilie where typically French and Belgian dishes are served with love and care.
