The Jean de Bohême Hotel offers an original and unforgettable cultural and gastronomic afternoon.
After a visit to the pretty town of Durbuy, with its picturesque narrow streets which ooze a mediaeval atmosphere, join the hotel’s chef in his ultra-modern, spacious kitchen. He will reveal things you didn’t know about local-produce-based cooking!
In teams, you will be briefed and you will begin your apprenticeship dressed in a chef’s hat and apron. In a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, you will learn how to prepare the best local produce!
