In the beautiful landscape of the Brabant plateau the boats cross a difference in altitude of 14 meters in Ittre, 67 meters in Ronquières and 73 meters at the 4 old boat lifts of La Louvière and Strépy-Thieu. This boat trip will be an amazing experience. The inclined plane of Ronquières, the old hydraulic lifts of the Canal du Centre and the new boat lift of Strépy-Thieu are an ingenious piece of hydraulic architecture. You will immediately understand why these are the most spectacular boat trips in Belgium!

Saturdays and Sundays every two weeks from May to the end of September.
Departure: 9 am at the boat lift of Strépy-Thieu.
Arrival: 5 pm at the boat lift of Strépy-Thieu.
Rate: € 17,-/adults, € 13,-/children (3-12 years), € 3,- for children younger than 3 years.
