This fair created in 1926, celebrates the Belgian draught horse, whose golden age was between the late 19th century and 1940. In Libramont from 25 to 28/07/14!
Nowadays, the Libramont Agriculture, Forestry and Agri-food Fair is the biggest annual open-air event of its kind in Europe.
Every year it attracts almost 200,000 visitors, and 1,500 exhibitors and brands over a 300,000 m² site.
Although the Ardennes draught horse has gradually dwindled in number, competitions (with no less than 200 horses) are still held every year, attracting large crowds to the Belgian province of Luxembourg.
The 2014 edition will bring many new features!
Discover them all on the website below!
This year, like each 4 years following 2002, the fair will be followed by a day of demonstrations of fodder harvesting: the International Grass Day, Tuesday 29 July.

The aim is to allow firms to show their assets specificities of their materials in real working conditions.
The fair is an exceptional window on country life with a focus on aspects such as machinery, livestock farming, forestry, food production, etc.
It takes place at the multipurpose Libramont Exhibition & Congress site.
