The event celebrates the summer solstice with the sound of music. At the archeological museum in Aubechies - Beloeil, from 30 June to 1 July 2012
Enjoy two days of traditional and Celitc music and on Saturday night, watch the fairy spectacle as a prelude to the fireworks.
The festival celebrates the birth of the hot season and the renewal of vegetation.
Throughout the weekend, the band Yeramad will be delighting the village with their traditional tunes.
On Saturday starting from 8.45pm, the rock-Celtic group Prima Nocta will be setting the stage on fire. A story will follow the concert, "The Prince of the Dead", to make you re-live the incineration rites used during the Gallo-Roman times.
The purifying stake is then lit.
On Sunday afternoon the young and not so young can enjoy mini-ateliers and get their hands dirty with clay by trying to reproduce Colombian pottery, make prehistoric shoes and be a Roman legionnaire for a day.
For all the weekend a swarm of craftsmen in period costume, will be demonstrating how they produce their art and will be sharing their knowhow. You can also take a tour on the Gallo-Roman barges along the lake.
