Eat! Brussels - The Brussels Restaurants Festival
30 restaurant owners from all over Belgium will share their expertise and passion over three days. In Brussels from 13 to 15 September 2013!
A magical venue has been chosen for its fantastic location and superb expanse of lawns to host the event: Le Bois de La Cambre!
This festival is the symbol of the gastronomic variety that is on offer in Brussels. You will find delicious treats from the four corners of the globe.
The restaurants and European, African, Asian, Oriental, French and Belgian products will be bursting with creativity and will surprise and delight you!
The chefs offer tasting sessions that are reasonably priced (from €6) and prepared on site.
Each restaurant will propose one or more dishes.
eat! BRUSSELS: a sustainable event
Like last year, recyclable materials and an individual system of waste management will be used. The cutlery and plates are entirely bio-degradable and the various different types of glass are made with reusable materials.
eat! BRUSSELS with the family
On Saturday and Sunday, the Compahniya KATAKRAK and Animalda will entertain young and old with toys made from recycled materials.
eat! BRUSSELS and the Tram Experience
The "Tram Experience" takes up its rightful place at eat! BRUSSELS.
This year, Brussels chefs are the guests of honour. The dishes served during the festival are signed Lionel Rigolet, the patron of this event and the head chef of the legendary restaurant Comme Chez Soi!
