Design Market devoted entirely to design with an emphasis on products from the 50s to the early 80s. At Tour et Taxis on 20 and 21/04/13!
15th edition!
Some hundred exhibitors, professionals and dedicated amateurs, from Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy will be selling their furniture and other designer objects from the 50s, 60s, 70s and early 80s in the warm and friendly atmosphere of a busy flea market.
Alongside the more rare items aimed at fervent collectors, the sellers bring lovely furniture pieces that are more common and affordable:
- Eames or Panton chairs,
- Knoll tables,
- Bertoia chairs,
- etc.
Scandinavian, Belgian and French furniture.
These furniture items will be sold alongside ceramics and glassware, collectors pieces and plastic, metal, wood and Bakelite accessories.
In short, many treasures to be found, for all budgets!
As always, coffee, breakfast, snacks and food and drink will be available on site.
And the cherry on top of the cake is the champagne bar which will welcome visitors to thank them for their loyalty and their passion for design.
Saturday: Paying preview "off the back of the lorry".
2pm: the doors open to both exhibitors and visitors.
6pm: end of the first day.
Entry: €20.
Sunday: open to all, with a genuine flea market atmosphere. Free entry!
8am: doors open.
4pm: doors close.
