An evening stroll through the illuminated town, music, and tastings of local products. All this with the theme: 'A Period Christmas'.
The villagers will be organising 12 'taste stops' where you can stop and sample the various Christmas flavours on offer.
The theme for 2012 is "Stories & Legends"!
Crupet is one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. Its name comes from either the Walloon (Namurois dialect) word "crupèt" meaning mound or from the Walloon (standard dialect) word "crupays" meaning humid country.
The village is known for:
- Its 12th century dungeon,
- the Saint Martin church,
- its 12th century and 16th century mansion,
- its 100 year old lime tree and its old mills.
Crupet is also known for its artificial grotto dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua!
So why not make the most of the magic of the Christmas period to visit the region?
