Don't miss the inaugural "Carnaval de la Marquise". A folkloric event that's full of promise. In Neufchâteau April 2014!
The celebrations will focus on the folklore of Louise de Lambertye, the famous Pont d'Oye Marquise (and the last Marquise of Habay) and her Carnival Marquis or Marquise.
Coronation of the Marquis or Marquise followed by the VIP parade through the streets of Neufchâteau and, later, a ball.
Popular soup followed by a parade and end of the festivities.
