The potato revolution!

Spend a fun day with the family and take part in a number of activities including BBQs, conferences, etc. in Ellezelles on 4 August 2012.

• 10.30am urban rethinking: should we eat local, seasonal, organic or vegetarian food? Should we grow our own greens or choose our suppliers? How can we change things together? Local potatoes on display (in cooperation with the PAC FPS Lz'Ailes association and the Natural Park of the Pays des Collines).
• 12pm cooking competition : part of the "Toquet 2012"
• 12.30pm BBQ with traditional side dishes
• from 2pm to 3pm various activities for families and all ages (traditional games)

Organised by the eco-museum of the Pays des Collines, in collaboration with the Rideau d'Ocq, and the theatre group de Wodecq.

With the support of APAQ-W, the Wallonie-Bruxelles Federation, the Region of Wallonia, the Province of Hainaut, the commune of Ellezelles, and a number of volunteers.
