Fort Lantin Festival

Join the celebrations with the largest gathering of military vehicles from World War II. In Lantin from 3 to 5 August 2012

Dances will commence at 10pm as is customary, with an American-style Elvis Presley Show!

On Saturday morning browse around the military flee market and gape at the BMX DIRT demo in the afternoon.

During the entire weekend, you'll have the occasion of discovering more than 250 vehicles that will be occupying the entire fort and surrounding area. Military camps of those days will be reconstituted. In the evening you can have dinner under the marquee and join the American oldies dance.

On Sunday take part in activities and workshops on past know-how.

But that's not all! There will also be a string of agriculture-related activities for you to learn about old trades and forgotten techniques (old tractors, the wheat cycle, old ploughing techniques, sheering, dog training, homemade cheeses, honey production, etc.)
