This event consists of a parade of giant balloons in the form of comic book and cartoon characters. In Brussels on the afternoon of 8 September 2012!
Like its U.S. counterpart, the parade will be accompanied by brass bands. It will start at Place des Palais at about 1 pm and will wind its way past the Mont des Arts and La Bourse before reaching its final destination at De Brouckère at around 6 pm
Join us in the morning at Place des Palais to watch the balloons being blown up!
