Belgian Gliding Championships

Discover this discipline at the Championships organised by the CNVV - National Gliding Centre at the Saint-Hubert airfield. From 25/05 to 02/06/13.

The most spectacular element will be, every day, the six aeroplanes towing 50 gliders to an altitude of 600m in one hour.

Enjoy this enthralling aerial ballet, where take-off teams and towing teams rub shoulders. The final rush at the end of the day will see competitors pushing their aircraft to extremes in a fight against the clock.

Seize the opportunity to witness amazing and often magical aerial displays.

The competition, the largest in Belgium for gliders, gathers 50 of the best pilots from around Belgium and surrounding areas.
