Every year, for one weekend only, the town celebrates the Christmas holidays. In Soignies from 14 to 16/12!
The historical centre hosts a big medieval party.
Non-profit organisation Mistral Event (responsible for festivals such as: "The Era of the Knights" at the Havré castle in 2011 and at Lavaux Saint-Anne in 2012) has been given the responsibility of organising this event, which will take place at the old cemetery!

This beautiful little gem of Soignies heritage has been chosen to host the celebrations. Tents, awnings, medieval cuisine, forges, artisans and a medieval museum will all set up with a camp fire, archery demonstrations...
There's everything you need to plunge into an authentic medieval Christmas!
