Since 1974, Tilff has hosted the unique and unusual Bee museum in one of the castle's out-buildings!

It comprises:

• An "exhibition" section which brings together ancient and modern objects used in the art bee-keeping. Foreign hives and instruments donated to the museum also give it a truly international dimension,
• an "audio-visual" section where several montages show the bee's activity during different periods of their lives,
• a "living" section where two real-life hives encased in glass enable you to watch the bees at work,
• and a "scientific" section where collections of insects and nest allow you to place the domestic bee compared to other hymenoptera.
