Le Prieuré Saint-Géry Hotel: a charming little hotel and a Michelin starred restaurant for a dream weekend in the Chimay region.

Le Prieuré Saint-Géry is in Solre-Saint-Géry, south of Charleroi, in the region called the Botte du Hainaut (boot of the Hainaut) in the heart of Wallonia.

The hotel perfectly reflects the spirit of Michelin starred chef Vincent Gardinal and the quality of his dishes.

This, entirely renovated, old priory is made up of 4 rooms and 2 apartments eah with its own mood.

The decor, by Jean Nicolas, adapts itself to the charm of a residence that grew and allowed time to create rooms of different sizes and configurations but each presenting the same old, cosy charm.

Each room gives the same "cocoon" impression, a feeling that you're entering a cosy environment where textile has its place, the bed clothes are comfortable and the pillows are just as soft as you want!

Chef Vincent Gardinal offers you high-quality, refined and creative cuisine in an intimate atmosphere.

After a good night's rest, breakfast awaits on the terrace. Please note, however, that the restaurant is closed every week on Mondays and Tuesdays, except public holidays.
