Tai Chi Chuan lessons - the teachers of the school 'Vie et Mouvement' proposes an exercise that works both on the body and mind, and in time, will attribute to a better health and a more efficient stress management. Tai chi chuan is not a "fashionable" way of exercise. When thoroughly practiced, it gives you a great deal of energy.
