At the TIGER CLUB you will learn full contact, kick boxing, Thai boxing, semi contact, light contact and English boxing. Our learning methods group elements from different combat sports: tactics, feints, dodging, combinations of different attacks, the psychological dimension of combat. Numerous exercises allow you to strengthen your body and mind.
