Who said museums were just for children? In Charleroi, children can have as much fun as parents!

Let your children discover subjects that are as exciting as they are varied by taking them on a trip to Charleroi's museums.

They'll be fascinated by the Museum of Photography, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Centre for Scientific Culture with their entertainment, play areas and join-in exhibitions.

Fun for your children

  • Children from 3 to 6 years old enjoy:
Reading, speaking, colouring and drawing at the Museum of Fine Arts in their booklet which is just for them. They can stroll through 19th-century art right up to today or through the temporary exhibitions.

  • Teenagers enjoy:
Learning about the forerunners of photography and the 19th-century photographer's studio in the Museum of Photography. Learning how photography is distributed.
