A 5-star at the heart of Liège

The only 5-star hotel in the province of Liège has finally opened!

Nested in the ramparts of Mount Saint-Martin, at the heart of the historical centre of Liège, the Crowne Plaza is fitted in a historical architectural gem listed under the exceptional heritage of Wallonia: the superb Sélys-Longchamps mansion, dating back to the 16th century.

Unbelievably calm for an urban setting, it encompasses the ancestral abode of the Counts of Méan (15th and 17th centuries) and a new building, the "Sauvenière".

This prestigious 13 000 m² architectural complex comprising an inner garden, has been fitted out with 126 rooms and luxury suites of at least 30 m², all of which decorated in a modern and stylish design.

It has 14 meeting rooms bathed in sunlight, a Versailles-like ball room and a breathtaking terrace that can hold 350 guests.

The gourmet restaurant "Le Sélys" (opening soon), the brasserie "Ô Cocottes", the bar "La Cave" and the wellness centre "Osmose", (fitness centre, spa and organic bar) complete this high-brow offer.

Among its originalities, the "Comtes de Méan" rooms present a unique layout: the bed is facing the window in order to open up the space, thus providing an unmatched view.

The furniture, made to measure in grey tones, is designed to be practical and of great quality.

The materials used also contribute to the refinement of the rooms: Pierre Frey and Casamance fabrics, Arte wallpaper, Frette linen, Porcelanosa tilings, etc.

Each of the rooms is also customised by an original photograph signed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand.
