Everyone knows Sanghoon and his Air du Temps restaurant!

The chef has a passion for local produce and has decided to change to a larger and more natural setting. What a scoop: the 2-star restaurant in Eghezée listed under the Michelin guide is about to change addresses and move to a "country house with guest rooms, cooking classes and organic vegetable garden", according to his fb newsfeed. Sanghoon considers it as a "new field of experimentation which will grow with time". A fresh start for out gastronomy genius, and one thing is sure; the new Air du temps is destined to become a success story.

Meanwhile, if you wish to organise a session of team-cooking, don't hesitate to contact him. Cooking classes are held from 20 September 2012 for 40 persons at most.
