The Maison du Patrimoine Médiéval Mosan invites you to discover the river, the town and the castle. Man and his environment in the Middle-Ages, religious foundations and burial rituals. Ceramics, copperware, brassware and leather craft.
The Maison du Patrimoine Médiéval Mosan is located in the medieval town of Bouvignes-sur-Meuse, a stone's throw from Dinant. The Maison's aim is to promote the nature, history and heritage of the Meuse valley and to recount its fabulous history.
Numerous permanent and temporary exhibitions are held at the Maison du Patrimoine Médiéval Mosan. Scale models, multimedia stations, original drawings and authentic objects from recent architectural digs are available for visitors to see.
Useful information for your visit
1 April - 31 October from 10am to 6pm.
1 November - 31 March from 10am to 5pm.
Closed on 25 December to 1 January and Mondays (excluding public holidays).
Group visits available by appointment all year round (minimum 10 people).
Duration of visit: around 2 hours.
Children, seniors (65+) and groups (min. 10 people): €2
Free for children under 6 and on the first Sunday of each month.
Persons with reduced mobility: access only available on the ground floor and temporary exhibition.
