The Abîme Cave, classified as an underground cavity of scientific interest, is situated on the hills of the village of Comblain-au-Pont in the Liège province.

This cave has the distinctive characteristic of benefiting from an ecosystem, thus allowing bats to hibernate, which has earned it its classified label of "underground cavity of scientific interest".

What's more, it is run in accordance with the environment.

Guided visits

During the visit of around 75 minutes, a guide will help you discover this pearl of nature and understand the mysteries of its creation. In the room that precedes the cave visit, you will see magnificent educational and dynamic scale models of the cave.

Then, you will be immersed into the underground world of the cave, where you will have the opportunity to observe under many different lights, stalactites, stalagmites, coloured draperies and other natural beauties.
