Light tells its story...
Since the first flickerings of Roman oil lamps to our latest generation, energy efficient bulbs, the Lighting Museum invites guests to discover the magic of this stunning collection.
The museum owes its existence, in large part, to the donation of part of Philippe Deitz's collection of ancient lights.
Philippe Deitz has been collecting ancient lights since the age of 15. He is the founder of MUVILUM - Le Musée vivant du luminaire (The Living Light Museum) and is the author of "History of Lights. History of Man."
