Museum dedicated to the history of Industry and Labour in Brussels in the Halle des Tourneurs in Brussels.
Created by La Fonderie (the centre for economic and social history of the Brussels region) and located in the Halle des Tourneurs (workshop of the former "Compagnie des Bronzes de Bruxelles"), the Brussels Museum of Industry and Labour presents temporary exhibitions.
The temporary exhibitions evoke the economic, social and industrial life of Brussels and its inhabitants based on historical analysis and an original approach.
A few examples of exhibitions: Fabrique d'Art (on the work of the Compagnie des Bronzes); Tour et Taxis; En avant pour le suffrage universel; Molenbeek, récits de ville...
Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm - first Sunday of the month from 2pm to 5pm. Closed on public holidays.
Discover visits of the collections and outdoor site (old Bronzes Company's site).
Guided visits for groups (minimum 15 and maximum 25 people) by reservation. Open every day except Mondays from 10am to 5pm. Guided tour: €85 per group.
Entry and guided tours free for school groups from primary and secondary schools as well as youth associations that are recognised by the French Community.
Children younger than 6 years: free of charge.
