Ardennes Ham of the Montenauer Schinkenräucherei is the result of ancestral experience and is prduced by following the centuries-old artisan methods of salting and smoking. Careful selection is given to the meats and spices leaving the smoking rooms and the incomparable flavours taken right from the heart of Nature.
