Mary is offering a stroll of 45 minutes about the history of chocolate, from the Maya's civilisation to the making of our pralines. Maya and Aztec divinities, the conquest of the new world... are showed on a huge wall. The visitor learns about Marie Delluc's story, the founder of Mary. A few items disclose secrets of chocolate. A short movie invites the visitor to travel from cacao tree to praline, from cacao pods to ballotins and cocoa bean to kingship. Your senses, wildly stimulated, will be ready for tasting! A show window separates the exhibition space from the creation space. This glass screen ensures most stringent safety and hygiene rules. Set up on the all surface area, the glass screen offers a complete transparency on the work of our chocolate craftsmen.
