UNDERGROUND QUARRY

Unique in Belgium, the underground sandstone quarry is an example of the local economic activity at the beginning of the 20th century. Visitors can discover a forgotten savoir-faire. The site ends at a spot giving a magnificent view of the Ourthe valley.
Opening hours and visits:
From 04 April to 19 April, every weekend of May and June, the 1st, 21, 22 May and 1st June and from 31 October to 8 November, guided visits at 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm.
From 1st July to 30 August, guided visits at 10.30 am, 12.30 pm, 2 pm, 3.30 pm and 5 pm.
Open all year round by reservation for groups of minimum 15 persons.

Access: by car: motorway E25 exit 45 (Sprimont) - Bus: lines 377, 97, 42A, 65A - Train: station of Rivage, then 20 min on foot.
