Dominate the valley
Dinant Citadel was constructed in 1051 by the Prince Bishop of Liège. The citadel proudly dominates the city and the entire Mosane valley. Treat yourself to a stunning view of the Meuse and one of the most beautiful valleys in Belgium.

You can organise events right in the heart of Dinant Citadel: meetings, private or professional parties, submit your request.
Useful information
Dinant Citadel is open from April to September; every day from 10am to 6pm (cable car available).
From October to March it is open from 10am to 4.30pm. The site is closed on Fridays (cable car only accessible at weekends, except during school holidays).
In January; only open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4.30pm. During the week only during school holidays.
Guided tours of around one hour are organised every day in season. By appointment out of season.
