BRUSSELS MILL AND ALIMENTATION MUSEUM

The Brussels Mill and Alimentation Museum presents the history and techniques of milling by means of five themes and some hundred authentic objects.
The ground floor is dedicated to the machines that were used for milling, and more specifically to make herbs. A documentary explains their origin and use.
For the time being, the room for temporary exhibitions will be dedicated to the history of the building itself. It was built in 1841 and listed in 1990. The mill is one the oldest buildings in town. Information panels and an interactive terminal tell the history of the mill. Finally you can also participate to a quiz to test your knowledge of the mill and milling.

Closed on Monday on 1/01, 2/01, 1/05, 1/11, 11/11, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12 and 31/12
Annual closure from 15/08 to 31/08.
