PARK AND NATURE RESERVE OF FURFOOZ

was continuously occupied from Palaeolithic times to the Middle Ages. Following a marked path, visitors will discover reconstructed Roman thermal baths, a fortified plateau, and Roman and medieval remains. As the path leads down into the valley, there are caves and caverns, and visitors should keep an eye out for the Reserve's unique flora and fauna, which is protected.
