In the unforgettable surroundings of the Castle of Harzé (17th century), you can visit the milling and bakery museum. Discover everything about the history of bread, from the harvest of grain to the processing of flour. The museum is unique in its kind. There are six halls to be visited where you can find the peaceful atmosphere of the ancient castle, a reconstruction of an authentic water mill, millstones and cogwheels moving by hydraulic force, unusual and unknown objects,...

Demonstrations in the bakery workshop on Sundays and public holidays in July and August. For school groups or other: bread manufacturing work shop or demonstration of the manufacturing of bread or speculoos (min. 15 and max. 24 participants for the manufacturing).
