These "first choice" chocolate bases were chosen by the firm Callebaut from a presentation of seven hundred chocolates. They are known as the "orgue à parfum" (perfume organ) of Christian Vanderkerken, master of the house, and are used in the making of some eighty different kinds of pralines based on fresh fruit, without any addition of colorants or conservatives.

    ONLY for groups (20 to 35 pers.) and BY RESERVATION.
    Visits on weekdays, preferably from 2 pm onwards and by appointment - Weekends: to be agreed upon.
    The visit takes about 1h45 + a small box of chocolates.
    Rate: € 10,-/pers. during the week - € 12,-/pers during the week and on public holidays, 150 gr. of chocolate included.
