Museum set up in the house where the famous Belgian painter lived and worked for a period of 24 years. Apart from the furnished apartment and the workshop in the garden, a number of original works are exhibited, together with some hundred personal objects and documents. 19 rooms are accessible to the public. The house of Magritte was the headquarters of the Belgian surrealists and the place where the artists realised half of his artistic production.
In the weekend: free shorted guided tour around the painter's flat.
The museum organizes one temporary exhibition each year. For more information, see the website below.
The entrance ticket to this museum includes a short explanation of 15 min about Magritte's life in this house.

Admission free for children under age 9.
