In the heart of Liège, Théâtre Royal de Liège hosts the Opéra Royal de Wallonie and offers you the magic of opera and classical music.
The Théâtre Royal de Liège (Royal Theatre of Liège) is in a great location, only an hour from Brussels, the same from France, 30 minutes from Germany and 15 minutes from the Netherlands.
The Théâtre Royal de Liège, a bit of history...
The Théâtre Royal de Liège has a capacity of over 1000 and was built in 1820 by Belgian architect Druckers.
This stunning monument has been classed and protected by the Commission Royale des Monuments et Sites (Royal committee for monuments and sites) since 1999.
The Theatre had already experienced various renovation and expansion works throughout its history, but never to such an extent.
