Built at the end of the first quarter of the 19th century by the architect Duckers, this theatre is a massive parallelepiped. Its main facade is adorned with a marble colonnade from the old church of the Chartreux in Cornillon, ending in a balustrade and surmounting the arcades of the ground floor. Allegorical figures are sculpted on the vast triangular pediment.
