PROVINCIAL MUSEUMS OF LUXEMBURG: MUSEUM OF COUNTRY LIFE IN WALLONIA

Museum of Rural life in Wallonia: reconstruction of some fifty old buildings in a remarkable nature site. You will follow a trail through time, visiting nine hamlets representing the 18th and 19th century rural architecture: farms, bread ovens, forges, chapel, school... craftsmen's workshops and places where you rediscover the crafts and occupations of the past.

Comment:

CLOSED ON MONDAY (except in July, August and public holidays).
Guided visit (reservation required).
Closed in December, January and February; visit for groups possible, on request at least 1 week in advance.

Half day or all day programme. Active participation required!
Each activity costs € 60,- for a 25-person group. For the activities in French, the group can be accompanied by a guide (according to the language).

Extra information:

Children under age 6: free of charge.
