The city of the 5 church towers with its rich and tumultuous history invites you in discovery of its treasures: 2 buildings that are listed as UNESCO world heritage: its cathedral and its belfry, a discovery trail of the historical heart, its museums and renovated districts such as the Scheldt quays. An advice: start your visit with the hallway of time, a multimedia show at the tourist office to better understand the destiny of the two thousand year old city.
Opening hours:
Holy Saturday through 31 October: on weekdays from 8.30 am to 6 pm - on Saturday from 9.30 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm - on Sunday and public holidays from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6 pm.
1 November through Good Friday: on weekdays from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm - on Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, on Sunday and public holidays from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
Closed on 1 and 2 January, day of the presentation of the wishes, 1, 2, 11 and 15 November and 24, 25, 26 and 31 December.
