Housed in a listed château farm in Treignes, the Viroin Eco-Museum is a link between the past, present and the future.
"Past, Present and Future Combined": permanent exhibition
The Eco-Museum presents the main traditional trades in Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse: cooper, saddler, clog maker, cobbler, blacksmith, wheelwright, etc. There is a demonstration of how clogs used to be made (as part of a guided tour).

Comment:
Guided tours for groups (minimum 12 people), booking required (a week in advance). Duration: 1hr.
Group activities: bread making, leather work, candle-making, exploration of the surrounding area, country walk, etc.
There is also a shop and a cafeteria.
The Farm Machinery Museum, next to the old station, is the perfect complement to your visit.
