The principality of Chimay (since 1486) is located at the edge of the Fagnes and the Thiérache and stands out because of its castle that is built on the rocky spur over the Eau Blanche. The full history of our princes city is revealed to you by a guide-ambassador or on board of a tourist train.
Scattered along rivers or hillsides, there are picturesque villages that will certainly amaze you.
Nature lovers will have the time of their life discovering the numerous way-marked walking paths across forests and country sides.
And let's not forget the Notre-Dame de Scourmont abbey to which we owe our world-famous Trappiste beer.
