SYNDICAT D'INITIATIVE DE LA BRUYERE

The Tourist Information Office is occupied with promoting and improving the region: videotapes, booklets on the architectural heritage,...They give an idea of the wealth of this little corner of the Namur Hesbaye. The "Farms and Tumulus" tour is already an important part of La Bruyère and the neighbouring communes. Numerous projects are being developped such as a new map of the commune recapitulating the seven villages with e.g. its farm and castles as well as its natural heritage. The "Réseau Hesbaye" (concept of signposted tours for pedestrians, mountain bikers and horsemen), together with the "Réseau Tarpan d'Andenne-Gesves-Ohey" will undoubtedly be the most ambitious project of the La Bruyère Tourist Information Office.
