- MAPS: Google Maps
The hamlet of Marsinne is a real open-air museum and consists of three large farms closely together: Carmont, 'Ferme du château' and Blocus. Together they form a remarkable whole typical for the village structure during the Ancien Regime. The hamlet's structure has changed little since the 17th century.
The hamlet of Wanhériffe was built by the French and used to belong to the village of Couthuin. "Wanhériffe" means the water from the meadows, referring to the river Meuse nearby.
The Valleys of the Burdinale and the Mehaigne propose 18 walking trails, 4 mountain bike trails and 2 bike trails.
A recto/verso map with all the trails is available at the tourist office: Rue de la Burdinale 6 - 4210 Burdinne.
Departure: Rue Simon, car park Rue Pied du Thier next to the sports field.
Take the road left at the tennis court.
