This cycling trek offers you 55 km of nature in the High Fens, at the heart of the East Cantons. A border-crossing ride that's not to be missed!

From Raeren castle, we join the beautiful Vennbahn greenway: this old railway line will bring us to Osthertogenwald forest and the High Fens plateau.

After 8 km, we travel over the border into Germany. As we continue our journey up this route's never-ending climb, the forest begins to appear sickly. As we approach Konzen, the high grasses and mosses leave us in no doubt: we have reached the heart of the High Fens!

We leave the Vennbahn to use the Velo Tour network. On these roads that are completely clear of traffic, our descent through the landscape quickens.
