On the beaver's trail!... The hard-working mammal is back in Belgium! With the Ranger guides you can go in discovery of the architecture of rivers and the spectacular constructions (dams, huts, canals). The beaver is an important species, i.e. extremely favourable to nature. No other animal has had a greater influence on our country's toponyms: towns (Bever, Beveren, Beverlo, Bièvre, Bienne, Breuvanne, etc), streams (Biese, Berwinne, etc.) and families (Van Bever, de Bièvre, Debebronne, etc.).
