Situated in between two important tributaries of the Meuse, Assesse has always been in close contact with the water, which seems to be plentiful in this green and hilly region. Crupet, one of the most beautiful Villages in Wallonia will never cease to seduce you. With its superb Carondelet tower and seven old mills ; the old public lavatory of Assesse, Florée and Sorinne-la-Longue, the imposing castle-farm of Petit Courrière completely surrounded in the past by drainage ditches and the "Ry do Saut" at Sart-Bernard where the basins of the domain of Ronchinne-Maillen will never cease to seduce you.
