TARPAN - LE PATRIMOINE DE HABAY 2 - BALISE

Signposted footpath to the Château of Pont d'Oye and its legendary marchioness. The only things left from the 1642 château are the porch "Louis" and the 19th century manor. In the surroundings you can visit the remnants of the Forges, built in the 16th c., abandoned 300 years later, and replaced by a paper factory that ceased all activities in 1884. Visit also the Anlier forest, the swampy meadows, as well as the traditional housing of a little village.
