LA GLEIZE - QUE LA MONTAGNE EST BELLE

The region of La Gleize can be best described as hilly. When the sky is clear you can easily see the different villages appearing on the horizon: the road ahead is still long. How to make it to these villages in the distance? You'll have to climb, to skirt round rock masses, and make your way across valleys and brooks. That is what walking in the Ardennes is all about.

Start of this walk: in the centre of La Gleize (parking in front of the Musée de la Bataille des Ardennes). Make sure to wear good walking shoes. Before starting this walk it is advisable to buy the route map at the Syndicat d'Initiative at La Gleize.
