The Fagne de la Poleur stretches out over 54 hectares, at an average height of 660 m. The stream of the Poleur, which becomes the Hoëgne, has its source there. Its landscape is the result of several centuries of human activities. So you can hardly call it "natural". It offers several examples of typical landscapes of the Fagnes ecosystem: dry moors, high peat bogs, low peat bogs, the Fagne stream. You will also discover its typical plants: blueberries, cotton-grass, bog moss, orchis, etc.
