In discovery of the processes that have shaped the Fagnes landscapes.
This site used to be planted with oaks, beeches and birches. Since the Middle Ages the surrounded villages have made good use of it: clearing of the forests to cultivate cereals, harvesting of hay and litter, pastures, etc.
Departure: Nature Centre of Botrange.
Inaccessible in case of fire risk.
