A new museum dedicated to the Second World War, the Bastogne War Museum, will open its doors on 22 March 2014.
This museum replaces the former Bastogne Historical Center and is situated just a stone’s throw away from the famous Mardasson memorial.
Memory of the Ardennes
The Bastogne War Museum is housed in a brand new building with daring architecture and contemporary scenography.
The museum will put into context the causes, events and consequences of the Second World War and particularly the Battle of the Bulge, in a modern and interactive manner.
The museum allows you to plunge into history through its original scenography. This will comprise three "scenovisions" (multi-sensory 3D productions).
